The sky was cloudy in Anza-Borrego Desert. I felt that something was going to be unique, as always happens: the desert never disappoints you.
On my way home to San Diego I stopped the car on the side of the road. I started wondering in an immense open field.
After some time I found an ocean of “Desert Century” plants (Agave Deserti). Everything was exciting.
I could “see” the scene in infrared and I was imagining to be in a far away planet…
A black (dead) tree captured my attention. I “had to take” that scene with my camera and keep it in my memory forever. Anza-Borrego Desert, you are really one
of the best places on Earth.
